Intelligence Point System
Increase Intelligence Rating by +1 for Each Qualifying Element of Intelligence. The following is the average intelligence for this particular Bloodline. Each individual that may be a particular species/race may differ in intelligence being less or more intelligent than the average member of their species/race. Some elements of intelligence are restricted by biological constraints or otherwise and so do not apply to a specific species or race.
A character can be created using the following information. If they are of the same race and lived with members of their own Bloodline then many of the elements of intelligence will also apply to them. If your character grew up in the company of another familial Bloodline then they will be influenced by them. As your character lives and grows they can acquire new elements of intelligence and so their overall intelligence will increase. Some elements of intelligence will never apply to your character if they are blind, deaf, lack psychic abilities or otherwise.
Anything with a "?" in place of where a number would be can be filled at a later time.
Anything with a "0" in place of where a number would be indicates that the particular Bloodline is not eligible for that intelligence element perhaps based on the fact that they lack this because of biological constraints.
