The GLIMMER Forum is a place for adventurers new and old to discuss, learn, and explore everything that encompass The GLIMMER Project. If order to maintain civility and increase overall productivity the following has been established.
All content created by The GLIMMER Project (Liam Sinestra, Eons Away, and others) belongs to them and is not to be reproduced, duplicated, reposted or sold to anyone without their permission beforehand.
If you haven't gotten permission you are not permitted to use the words or images created by The GLIMMER Project or those associated with it. It's presence on the internet does not indicate that it is free for anyone to use. No answer after asking permission does not automatically mean, "Yes," so unless you are granted specific permissions by the creators you are not permitted to use the words or images of The GLIMMER Project.
We have categories. Not everyone can post in any category as certain categories have differing permissions. Please post in the appropriate categories which you are permitted to do so.

Post Content: Rules, Tutorials, Basic Information.
Category 2: "Questions"
Who Can Post: Anyone
What to Post: Inquiries about The GLIMMER Project.
Category 3: "Announcements"
Who Can Post: Mods
Post Content: News, updates, contests, events, etc.
Category 4: "The GLIMMER Project"
Who Can Post: Anyone
What to Post: Anything related to The GLIMMER Project that isn't a question.
All Tutorials will be located in the "Welcome to the Forum" category. Before asking how to do anything, please look at the Tutorials.

All posts posted must pertain to the topic category.
All comments replying to the post must be related to the post.
Unrelated content will be removed and content better fitting elsewhere will be recommended to be moved and a new topic category may be created.
Do not post any copyrighted material that does not belong to you or without permission on this site.
Text or images from copyrighted materials that do not have permission from their original creators will be removed.
No spam.
Repetitive and often undesired content that may make sense on its own but often does not. Sometimes these posts or comments that are considered spam have very little to no information.
No advertising.
No self-promoting your products, channels, content or services. All unrelated content to The GLIMMER Project will be removed. When we take on sponsors there will be a dedicated Topic Category for special promotions posted by forum moderators.
Keep profanity to a minimum.
For the most part there should be no need to use profanity. It is allowed for casual use when referring to oneself, an inanimate object, or fictional character. Do not target a forum member or mod with profanity and practice reading over your post or comment before publishing.
Practice using proper grammar.
Refrain from using text language like "u r", "ur" and "lol".
Shortened words or abbreviations like "lingo" for "language" and "e.g." for the word "example" are welcome.
Do not discriminate or practice hate speech.
Any language that involves being racist, sexist, towards another forum member or is abusive and creates a barrier of solitude are unwelcome on this forum.
Threats and instructions for acts of violence are prohibited.
Any threats made are taken seriously. All threats are documented and reports are encouraged for those that are on the receiving end of those threats.
Do not instigate meaningless arguments.
Take all arguments elsewhere.
Do not engage in inflamed conversation.
This includes heated debate.
No not-safe-for-work content, pornography, or illegal content is permitted.
All inappropriate and sexual content will be removed from the forums.
